Modeling Application

Anyone have tips for male models trying to start in the modeling world?

basically, I'm 15 years old and I'm trying to get into the modeling world even though I live in Yorktown, VA (not exactly fashion centeral). I also want tips b/c I plan on moving somewhere like near New York so I can go to college and model on the side to pay for it. The reason I'd like to try modeling is b/c a lot of ppl I know tell me that my eyes are dazzling (amber), my hair is the best (curly, brown), and my skin is practically has no achne (zits, black heads).

1. You'll need an agent, a portfolio & probably lots of condoms.
2. well your face and hair sound good but you didnt describe your body. you need to be at least six feet tall and you need to be in shape
3. What kind of normal 15 year old boy wants to be a model or be in the fashion industry? Or describes his eyes as amber?
4. Oh, come on, Yorktown is probably the HOTTEST place right now! ;) Really, though, New York is a great place to be, but it's HARD to move there. You'll need another job (the waitor is a cliche) and you'll probably have a crappy apartment. Just put yourself out there is all I can suggest. And you can visit me, I'll be in Providence, Rhode Island! Not that far, eh? ;) ha ha. Kidding, kidding about the visiting!
