How do i put a modeling portfolio together, where do I start?

Im 15 years old and I just want to do some small modeling things. I was wondering how i should go about that. How do you put a portfolio together? Thanks for any help

1. Go to places like onemodelplace.com and modelmayhem,com and look for photographers that do TFCD and TFP work. They will shoot photos of you that you can use for self promotion and they get photos for thier portfolios also your parents will have to sign the releases and should be present during the shoot also. Be wary of any photographer you meet on there that does not want you to bring an escort of parent. If that happens walk away and find another photographer
2. Hi W B Take 10 black/white pics and 6 colored approximately. Put the black/white first and the colored ones towards the end. When you get interviewed, the black and whites are always more appealing for the simple reason that the interviewer sees the real you during the interview. If they can't make up their mind after spending 15 min. with you, don't leave your portfolio and don't fall for the line "We will call you" Sometimes, they cna take some of your pics and send them to another country and you get nothing for your efforts. If the person is interested, they should give you a photo shoot and secondly, they would invest in you by paying for modelling course. They get repaid by booking you and taking a little out of your money. Basically, you work and get paid and you are re-embursing at the same time.
